Retainer

Our retainer arrangements provide companies with ongoing and responsive legal support across their day-to-day business operations, including employment and human resources matters, contract review and drafting, and general corporate legal needs. Retainer engagements are typically structured for a minimum term of 12 months. Fees and payment terms are transparently discussed and agreed upon from the outset, with the retainer fee determined by the anticipated scope, complexity, and volume of legal services required.

Case Handling

We provide legal representation and strategic assistance in criminal, civil, tax, religious, and constitutional court proceedings. Each matter is assessed individually to ensure that the engagement structure reflects the particular circumstances and demands of the case. Fees are transparently communicated and agreed upon at the commencement of the engagement, taking into consideration the complexity of the matter, scope of representation, procedural requirements, and volume of work involved.

Lump Sum

Our lump-sum fee arrangement applies to clearly defined legal engagements, including legal audits, legal due diligence, and legal services relating to specific transactions and/or corporate actions. Under this arrangement, fees are agreed upon as a single payment for the defined scope of services. All fees and payment terms are transparently established from the outset and tailored to the complexity, scope, and volume of work required, ensuring a clear and proportionate fee structure aligned with the client’s specific legal needs.
