This expertise positions him as a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex disputes involving tax and customs authorities, whether through litigation, negotiation, or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Hindun Basyirah holds a Master of Law in Commercial Law from Malaysia, providing a cross-jurisdictional perspective on commercial law. Her practice encompasses ease-of-doing-business licensing matters, as well as the drafting and review of distributorship and agency agreements. Since 2020, she has also held a specialized license as a legal auditor, further strengthening the firm’s capacity to deliver rigorous compliance advisory and due diligence services.
